Purchase Estates is a homeowners’ association that was formed in 1985. Purchase Estates is a serene residential community located in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Westchester County. While Purchase Estates is a quiet community, the Association is minutes from White Plains train station, Rye and Greenwich, CT, Westchester County Airport, SUNY Purchase and a variety of corporate parks, golf clubs and family activities.
The Association’s goals include the preservation of property values and the preservation of the community’s lovely open spaces. The Association’s Board of Manager is assigned the duties of administering the community’s roads, open space, and improvements. The Board also administers covenants and restrictions intended to preserve the community’s exceptional appearance.
Many of the homes in Purchase Estates overlook The Golf Club of Purchase, an 18-hole regulation course, designed by Jack Nicklaus. Every estate in the association features an exceptional design, in a spectacular setting encircled by lakes, streams and hillside views. Most homeowners enjoy strolling along the walking trails in Magnolia Green, the Association’s private park that features quiet sitting areas shaded by tall trees.
